When you first walked in the hotel, there was a thick smell of mildew. The smell was even on the floor I stayed on. The room wasn’t very clean. They gave us “clean” towels that had some kind of black substance crumbling off. The fridge didn’t work. Surfaces around the lobby and elevator weren’t clean. The shower fell apart when i tried to use it, I screwed it back in myself.

Our room was much to be desired. The ceiling was stained with several huge water stains, the tub/shower was so old the floor was stained, and a pile of dirty sheets were left behind from the previous guests. The room was cleaned but overall would not return.

We checked in and found crumbs, dirt and hair in our sheets and bathroom towels. There are stains everywhere (ceilng, floors, curtains, bedding) and the overall feeling was unclean. We approached management and she was apologetic and professional saying she could switch the bedding and do a rough clean until cleaning staff could come and give it a "deep clean". Their deep clean should be an every day clean. The rest of the staff was not friendly and it was not a fun stay. They aren't cheap so spend that money some place else.

The greasy sausage had me running to the bathroom for the entire afternoon. I was honestly afraid to get farther than 20 feet from a bathroom until I picked up some medicine. There was no yogurt which is why I gave in and chose the sausage and egg for a protein.

Hotel looked as if it has been remolded, but the entire hotel had a horrible mold smell, especially on the second floor and in the room.

Nice hotel, breakfast could have been tastier
Nice room and hotel. It was an ice box in the room when I arrived so i adjusted the temperature. Everything was great. The eggs in the morning weren't very good. They were basically egg "patties" and didn't have much flavor. I would stay there again.

The hotel was reasonably clean and the bedroom, bathroom and bed were all clean and very comfortable. The biggest problem was the smell. A moldy musty smell that starts in the lobby and extends throughout the hotel to our room on the 3rd floor. I found that in the bedroom at least, the smell was strongest in the A/C system, and turning it off reduced the smell somewhat overnight. Fortunately, we were there when the outside temps were reasonable. It would've been better if we could've opened a window, but they are sealed.
It's a shame, because otherwise we would have been perfectly content with the hotel.
The only other downside was the breakfast was a bit lacking. 2 cereal choices, egg patties that tasted funny, no yogurts even. And the coffee was watered down.
