Friendliest staff you can imagine! Could not have been more welcoming. I was upgraded for no reason and the rooms was huge. The bed was so comfortable-slept beautifully. The spa downstairs was a little barren but my massage was outstanding. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The front desk folks couldn’t have been more helpful. They were wonderful helping me get around by myself. The restaurant downstairs has wonderful breakfast and a great weight staff. I also had a massage at Joylife downstairs and Jennifer gave me one of the most amazing massages that I’ve ever had. Plus, such a beautiful little town with clean streets. I absolutely loved it there.

The Staff was very professional and accommodating. King Street in Old Town Alexandria is a dream. I recommend staying here. When in the area the Archer is my 1st choice. Also the attached restaurant “Homemade” food & service was phenomenal.

The restaurant in the hotel is delicious. I rated the hotel 3 stars due to the front desk staff during check in & the cleanliness of the hotel. The front desk staff was dismissive. In the room the furniture had permanent spots and the bathroom wasn’t clean.

房间很漂亮，住着也很舒服，我们很喜欢这里的位置。但我们房间的经历让我们非常不安。我们发现门上的防盗锁实际上是坏的，而我习惯用它来增加一道保护。在我们入住的五晚中的最后一晚，我们正准备睡觉，因为第二天一早要赶飞机，结果一个女人竟然进了我们的房间！她道歉说打扰了我们，还以为这是她的房间。显然她告诉前台这是她的房间，然后前台竟然就把我们房间的钥匙给了她？！难道他们不应该至少核对一下身份信息，确认一下这是不是她的房间吗？这太让人不安了，我们对自己的安全感到担忧，所以提前出发去赶飞机了。另外，还有几点需要注意：这里没有每日客房清洁服务，不更换毛巾，也不补充咖啡，而且我们连卫生纸都得自己去要。
