My stay was met by incorrect booking by the 3rd party with no resolution on their mistake. I had to purchase another room at more cost. The room I stayed in smelled like urine and other bad smells. The electronics were unplugged and would not work once I got them on. For nearly $400 I would say I was robbed! The birds that were out side by the 100’s were so loud I barely slept. There must be something done.

The toilet had to be manually used from the tank in the back. None of the appliances or lamps or charging stations worked. There were only 100 very basic tv shows. The light hadn’t been properly installed. The luggage carts were poorly designed. They should have paid us to stay there.

No TV box in room upon arrival, no phone chord attached to phone, ---- apparently those had been stolen previously. Maintenance man replaced both very quickly. Bath towels had stains.

Tv did not work the channels all said no signal. Fridge did not work. Pool dirty with tons of grass in the water like it blew in from the mowing. Water was very merky could not see the bottom. Checked in online before i came showed up at 5pm when i said i eould be there amd no rm keys ready

Needs some serious attention to property
The maid kept coming to the door knocking and when we were at breakfast he was in our room. I didn't appreciate him constantly trying to open the door, we just packed up and left. The elevator and ceiling in the restrooms need some upgrade. The price was to too high for the condition of the property.
