Lady at the front desk is rude and just flat out unpleasant .If she hates her job that bad , please quit , your are making it miserable for everyone else. The room itself was
not clean stains on the shades, drywall patches unfinished, food in the sinks. I would leave her name but, she doesn't wear a name tag ever. This hotel does not represent La Quinta or Wyndham well at all.

Terrible place to stay! Do not stay here. This hotel was probably the most rundown hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything in our room was rusted, old and rundown. The room was super dirty like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Someone tracked mud all over the hotel and it was there our entire stay. One of the receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude. We asked for a late checkout (noon), which was approved by the night shift person. So on the day we were supposed to checkout the receptionist automatically checked us out at 11am even though we had been approved for a late checkout at noon. When we asked her about it she couldn’t tell us why she did it. We had to go to the front desk multiple times to get out key cards to work to let us back into our room. When we finally checked out about 5 minutes before noon and I was turning in my key cards to her she scoffed at me like there was a problem. Never will I stay there again let alone a La Quinta!

Completely filthy. This hotel is not owned by the corporation. It privately owned and it’s a mess. Completely dirty. The restroom was clogged before we got in. That room had not been cleaned. Also, we asked for another room and they assigned us a room that was occupied. Horrible experience

They didn’t clean the room the second day I was there. Then the room service people came on my last day, knocked one time, didn’t announce who it was and proceeded to come into my room while i was asleep. Then the paint in the tub was coming all off. There was an alive bug in the shower. The elevator would get stuck while we were in it.

Bathtub had cracked paint and rust. Hair was all over the room. Crumbs and dirt all over floor and couch. Lock on door was broken.

工作人员很周到，早餐不是很丰盛，最让我失望的是床垫太潮湿了。躺下的时候，尿味很浓，甚至渗透到了床单上。糟糕的体验。
我晚上到的，前台小姐非常不友好。我们想预订第二天的房间，但她仍然非常不友好。
