A very nice property staffed be great people. My only (minor) issue was their television service did not work properly due to provider issues.

TIme for a refresh
I have loved this place and stayed here probably a dozen times but it is starting to show its age unfortunately. There was mold on the bathroom mirror and paint cracking in the room and caulk coming away from the window. Just needs a refresh. Not sure how old the place is--the staff is always super friendly.

Great stay. The beds were amazing. Suite was spacious and kitchen was a life saver. Many TV stations. We loved our stay.

Excellent service
The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Amy was especially outstanding… We had a late flight at nearly 10 PM, and she found a way to allow us late checkout at 4 PM without an extra charge. The free buffet breakfast was good each morning. A comfortable stay overall. My only complaint was the sofa bed. We had 3 people in the room, and the mattress on the sofa bed was so thin you could feel all of the springs beneath it. The only way to sleep on it was to place the sofa cushions on top.

Very nice and quiet it’s easy to find parking and the employees are very friendly. Rooms were nice but a little small if you get a king size bed with a sofa bed, but some rooms very in size I guess since my sister got the same type of room, but it was bigger.

房间的布置很棒，早餐也很好。不幸的是，电脑整个周末都瘫痪了，所以我们没拿到房卡。每次离开房间，我们都得让前台帮我们开门。幸好我们住在一楼！
设施：酒店设施是比较齐全的，有厨房可以煮饭。
服务：差，住了4天才来打扫一次，还是一直催着他们。
下次不会再住了。
在我入住期间，所有酒店工作人员都非常乐于助人，而且酒店非常漂亮、舒适，看起来就像照片上一样。
这是一次令人难以置信的经历，因为我们的目标是去非常近的奥特莱斯。
