Hotel is getting run down. No water for breakfast. Gym closed down. No elevator. Does have lots of grass for pets to exercise on. Some rooms have kitchenettes which is handy.

It was a nice room as far as space and amenities. The hairdryer burned up with no replacement and the room smelled like mold.

Staff- guy at check in seemed annoyed to check us in- sorry to interrupt your football game in the back room; your here to work- God forbid we interrupt your game
Room- terrible awful horrible smell, had to leave after 20 min of trying to make it work. Second room was just as awful. Don't recommend rooms in first hallway next to main entrance

JUST SAY NO and move on to a different hotel -- "Quality" is not just a misnomer, it's a flat out lie -- this hotel DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR!!! Everything else about the hotel was fine, but for this reason alone, the experience was a complete and epic FAIL!! This is also likely an ADA violation. Also, front desk guy was cordial but couldn't care less that we had to haul heavy bags up a flight and a half of stairs. Further, when my phone completely died and I phoned the front desk to request a wake-up call, nobody even picked up the phone!! Finally, they wouldn't even provide receipts on check-out, which is ridiculous! As long as I live and breathe I will NEVER ever book with "Quality" hotels again!!

You can always request a first floor but we cannot give that guarantee depending on availability. Secondly, we are not always at the desk because we do have many other guests who also have requests and needs. We also patrol the parking lot every so often throughout the night so again we are not always at the desk to answer the phone. We do have an answering machine that we check regularly. Finally, because you made the reservation through *******, and they have their own rates and promotions, and they are the ones who took payment, you will need to get your receipt from *******. The room was spacious and spotless, and fairly priced. The breakfast was the usual eggs, sausage, biscuit, and gravy. The front desk associate who did our check in was not the friendliest but he did his job. We would stay there again, highly recommended!
