Because our rooms open to the outdoors, there are certain times a year when insects will come through an open door. Most prefer the outside, especially since we use various deterrants and insecticides to maintain a clean and healthy environment. It is possible, if the staff member had not seen the insect, they were attempting to assure you while attempting to find a proper solution. We do try to avoid chemical poisons when possible, as many of the insects do feed the birds and are a part of the nature around us. But we understand that having them indoors is not preferable, especially the invasive types. We hope to see you in the future. Regards.

I want to start off by saying they offer breakfast and there wasn’t a variety there was 4 things you can eat. Waffles , cake , oatmeal and toast. The room, The lights wouldn’t come on it was flickering all night. The heater was super loud it sounds like a truck was sitting in front of the hotel all night. Me or my kids couldn’t sleep they were scared.

These LED lightbulbs have been a bit tricky to make work with the current outlets, but we have discovered that the "triple color" lights (the ones that do bright white and a softer reddish color) sometimes have problems due to their switches. We are currently switching them out.We are sorry you didn't find the Cheerios and Corn Flakes while you were searching the breakfast. We are looking into the choice to eliminate breakfast altogether, based on people not liking the choice and bringing us in line with the many hotels in the area.

这栋楼相当老旧，而且有些年久失修。就这个价格来说，结构确实有些疏于维护。泳池也坏了。早餐还行，虽然选择不多，但总体来说还不错。
房间很干净，不过我们要求的是大床或特大床，考虑到我们是一对夫妻，他们给了我们两张床。
