The property and room were clean and decorated nicely. The breakfast was delicious. The front staff were friendly and helpful.
My only complaints are the tv being glitchy often and my iron was broken (leaked water). I had planned on requesting a different one it slipped my mind. We only stayed one night.
My son loved the whole stay so we would stay there again.

We stayed at this property for 1 week in a 2 queen bed room. The room was cleaned every day, even though the signage said it was only cleaned once every three days. The continental breakfast was very nice every day.
The property shows some signs of wear and amateur maintenance. The wall plates on the light switches and power outlets were not flush with the walls. The tiles in the elevator and paint on the ceiling were cracked. The tub faucet was also not trim with the wall. The shower water pressure was little more than a dribble.
Overall, it he pros exceeded the cons and the price per value was good.

The room was honestly so dingy, and the air conditioning made the room so humid that everything felt wet. Never again.

Did not sleep very well.
This hotel deftness a renovation. The hook in the back of the bathroom door had been pulled off and there were cracks in the floor in places. The ac unit is incredibly noisy. Some problems were not the hotels fault. There was an accident that occurred overnight when a car flipped off the highway and caused a temporary power failure. One great benefit for us was the free electric charging station which was the main reason we choose this hotel.

The hotel was 3 mins away from the festival we attended, which was perfect! The location was ideal. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. I would stay there again if I needed a hotel in the area.

Air conditioning didn’t work and told me it would be morning before they could do anything and I was only staying for one night! very disappointed!

Upon informing the front desk of your a/c issues, we informed you that maintenance was unavailable for the evening and would be back in the morning but, we did have a room to move you to, it just wouldn't be the same type due to being sold out in the type of room you had. When you asked if you would be compensated because the room type was different, we informed you that you booked and prepaid to a 3rd party and we had no authority to change the already discounted rate you were paying.As a valued guest, your satisfaction is important to us.
