No bath mat or bath rug. No shower liner. Which made the floor wet. No tea and only enough coffee to make one small cup. Hello, there are two people staying here. No breakfast near buy.

The temperature unit was placed entirely too high in the room. I had to stand on a chair in order to adjust the temperature in the room. Needless to say, this presents a liability issue. Especially when I brought this up to staff and they refused to give me any type of compensation or move me to another room.

Room was garbage and the staff was terrible the worst I have ever experienced at any and I have stayed in many in many states !!!!

I’ve stayed here many times they have recently upgraded things inside the rooms I like, it’s a great location downtown, staff isn’t always very friendly. Got weird about if you ask for extra towels that was a bit odd…

Good water pressure, air conditioning. Bed sheets had lots of hair, dried food still on bedspread, stains on towels, freezer dirty. Newish LVP floor was filthy. Wore clean socks just for the floor which were filthy after just one night. I didn't expect much for the price but did expect cleanliness

我们的大床只有两个相同的枕头,所以我们没有偏好的舒适度选择,但至少每人都有一个枕头。
微波炉坏了。它运行4秒后就会触发电涌保护器。我们不得不把水槽旁边的整个东西搬到新的插座上才能用。电视也坏了,无论我们按遥控器上的哪个键,它都显示“无信号”。我不知道我们是不是订到了一间破烂房间,但这是我住过的最不愉快的酒店。位置很棒,价格也比其他地方好,但考虑到舒适的环境,价格还是有点高。
我们因为第一间房霉味太重而无法入住,工作人员很热情地帮助我们,但第二间房的霉味没那么严重。我们不得不把窗户开缝,喷洒除臭剂。还好我们只在那里睡了一觉,90% 的时间都不在家。停车也很困难。虽然价格实惠,适合长期住宿,而且位于市中心,交通便利,但霉味实在太难闻了。
