Breakfast was absolutely HORRIBLE...it should be filled constantly...i went at 7:20 and it was completely empty.

Front desk was playing Xbox when I walked and got visually frustrated because he had to pause his game to do his job. They could not find my reservation even though I had confirmation from ******* and paid for it. Gave me the run around and very disrespectful towards me. Don’t book there

very nice staff, very clean, great breakfast that my kids enjoyed as well! Overall, i wonderful stay!

Over priced for such poor facilities. Microwave broken. Lighting poor at best. Shower drain loose. Tub old. Fitness center non existent. Refrigerator leftover from an 80’s dorm room. Kitchenette faucet piped backwards. $400 plus a night should be criminal.

WiFi was out and did not have a fix for days. This was. Ot disclosed at check in and then I could not get a refund due to booking through a third party. I felt it was intentional not sharing that prior to the transaction.
I had the do not disturb aigb on the door and I came back from a work day and there had been work done to the bathroom.
Needs improved coffee. The hotel was adequate as far as cleanliness and comfort. Having to work at local restaurants and coffee shops was a big dissatisfaction.

Was not informed WiFi did not work upon booking or arrival. Had to force room door shut, would hang up before fuly closed. Had to adjust toilet flush valve in order to get it to fully flush. Exhaust fan vent clapped constantly when not on had to leave on overnight in order to sleep.

I believe there should be more than one staff member. She was all alone trying to get everything done with no help. Our tv also didn’t work and there was no wifi
