We were welcomed with warm chocolate chip cookies and a smile. The lobby was decorated for Halloween and it was spooktacular👻. The staff was kind and professional. The entire hotel is very clean. Our room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the river. There is premium bedding on the very comfortable beds. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

We had a great stay! The room was clean, the bathroom was big with plenty of towels, and our view of the river was magical, especially at night.
The only true negatives were that there was no conditioner in the bottle in the shower, and as one who has to have it to "tame the mane", it was really disappointing not to have any. The other negative was the lack of a good, soft pillow. The small square pillows the hotel provides were not soft or comfortable for me.

Really nice, comfortable place to stay
We walked in to see the kitchen area and lobby decorated for Halloween. The staff were all friendly and very helpful especially when we had to add another night at the last minute. Overall it was a good experience. It was nice to have a game room and exercise room although they could stand to get more exercise equipment.

The hotel in general was beautiful as was the room. I had a balcony room with a view of the river. The staff was friendly and many little nice things.

This is our first time staying in Seaside, Oregon and this is my first time staying at the River Inn at Seaside. I picked this hotel based on popular reviews being rated a 9 out 10 and it is definitely 9 out of 10. I would give it a 10 out of 10 if the elevator was working top notch, but it makes my guests and other hotel guests a lil nervous. The suites are super nice and spacious and the beds are so comfy, i woke up this morning forgetting i was even in the hotel. This is the first hotel i have ever stayed in which they provide plenty of shampoo and conditoner if you forget to bring your own, and there is plenty of hot water for a nice hot shower. Also the pool and spa are fantastic, the pool is much larger than other pools and goes to 5ft deep and the hot tub is spacious enough to fit 6 people. They also have propane fire pits running at night which is awesome, can enjoy the warmth of a fire under the moonlight. The only other reason i wouldnt give it a 10 out of 10 is the parking lot is very tight, great for cars, but not at all ideal for big trucks like mine that is a crew cab standard bed which has some length to it. It would be a nightmare to try to get out of the parking lot at all if you had one with an 8ft bed. But if you have a car and the elevator is good to you, then an easy 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this hotel.
