The suite was amazing, the pool/hot tub was good, staff was super nice and welcoming. We also loved the river view!

My husband and I stayed for a few nights while attending a conference nearby, and we really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean, the view was great, and the staff were very helpful! The hotel itself felt very cozy and had a great atmosphere. We hope to be back next year!

We have always had a good time at River Inn. The staff are very nice, the rooms are clean and quiet, the outdoor area has nice firepits for S'mores and a play structure for the children, the pool is fun for the kids and the relaxing hot tub is so cozy and then to top everything off you end your day with a really tasty cookie.

When I arrived to check in around 2:15PM the person at the front desk said that the room had been cleaned but not been checked. We were fine with that since it was prior to normal checkin time. He then took my phone number and said he'd text me as soon as the room was ready. Since checking the room should only take a minute or two and he wasn't busy, we initially waited around for a while before leaving the hotel, expecting a call at any time to come back and pick up our key cards. Finally, it was approaching 4:30 and still no call, so we returned to the hotel. The person who had checked us in was gone, but we were told the room was ready. We just hadn't been contacted. We checked in to a nice room, that was fine for us. It just would have been nicer if the person could have followed up with us as promised about the room rather than have us drive around the town for 2 hours on a cloudy, drizzly day.

The front desk staff was very friendly. I had no issues during my stay. The rooms were very clean. Overall good experience.
And my kids very much enjoyed the free continental breakfast 🙂
