Checked in and was never given a key to get in every time we needed to go in we had to get someone to walk us to room and open room up for us. Left my belt and staff lied saying we didnt leave.

Hot tub was warm at best, and dirty. Though the hotel claimed to be smoke-free, there was a strong smell of tobacco smoke in the stairwell, where there also was a commercial vacuum cleaner sitting next to the door. It was late at night, with no other guests in the hallways or stairwell, so it definitely appeared that whoever was cleaning the stairwell had also been smoking in the stairwell. The pool also looked dirty.
When I pay $175 for a night, I expect these basic things to be, well, basically provided at minimum. If you says it’s nonsmoking, then there shouldn’t be ANY cigarette smoke in the building. When you advertise a hot tub, it should be hot, not the same temp as the pool. Basic.

The pillows had hair on them, shower.. I've been in locker rooms cleaner than that shower.

+Room was very clean and bed clean and comfortable, breakfast area kept nice. - Customer service and attention to amenities lacking. When you walk in nobody even looks up to say good morning or good evening, thanks for staying with us....
Noticed water container in lobby was not filled after first day, still had lemon slices in it from day 1. Only 1 pool towel could be found for us and it looked like an old rag. This is a great option for ACU events but could use a little attention to customer service to make it better.

Staff was courteous.
The toilet tank took forever to fill up and loud.
Hot Breakfast no orange juice says been broken for some time. Only one person on staff for serving/preparing hot breakfast.
Checking out no staff present at counter. Had to ask if anyone was there.

There were not enough linens for the bathroom, none at all for the pull out sofa, the coffee maker still had the used pod from the previous guest, and they only allowed one pillow for the pull out bed.

Stay was Poor service
Microwave didn’t work. No soap in the bathroom. Called and shared with front desk . They didn’t respond to the issue . Good thing I brought Wipes.

We checked in at 9pm and still had to wait for our room to be ready. If the main 2 parking lots are full good luck finding other parking and the staff aren't helpful in finding more space either. The main owner is nice but overall our stay could've been better.
