We had already moved your reservation to a new date, outside of the normal cancellation policy to try to help you. When you called to mention the things you didn't like, you refused any help we offered to correct the items. I'm sorry it didn't work out.

This place is simple. I was excited. Walked up and the sliding glass door was fogged up. When I walked in the room was freezing, floor tiles were peeling, my bed sheets smelled of smoke, a/c was filthy and dropped dirt on to the bed, towels were scratchy, and black fuzzy spots were on the lights. The bath tiles are retro, my partner really liked them.

For once money well spent!
I have been so grateful. This has been a wonderful start the property is on point with its advertising, no photo shopped photos it truly is a true representayion of what it shows on-line. They have been kind and the process has been relaxing.

Lacked any pizazz. needed better decor to make up for the tiny bathroom that you had to sit sideways on the toilet so your knees didn't hit the wall. needed ice in the frig. better decorating to put it into the era and make me more forgiving of location and small bathroom..

We love this place! It's our second stay with them. The rooms are clean, cute, and comfortable. The location is very convenient amd close to downtown.

Great space for me and my kids. The small kitchen worked out perfectly. My only complaint was the amount of hair all over the ground in the unit (#14). That was pretty gross. Otherwise, a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was fine. Had a little kitchen, but no kitchen towels etc. Bath towels were old and stained. There was no ice on the property, had to walk down street.
It was quiet and the TV was fine. Would rather have been down in the town, in order to walk the bath house row and shops.

This was a quaint little place. I met the owner and he was very nice. The cleaning crew was very helpful! The toilet was tricky with me being 5 foot eleven! Had to sit sideways! Clean but needs a few updates, but they were actively working in rooms that were open!

很遗憾，我没能入住，房间和照片上显示的不一样。我到达时，他们给了我一间二楼的房间，房间里有股难闻的气味。我联系了房东，想看看他能不能帮我找个其他房间，但他告诉我只有这间了。所以我不得不放弃押金，因为我感觉不舒服，所以只能另寻住处。希望他们能改进一下，让其他有需要的人也能在抵达后舒适地休息。
