The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but in need of some minor repairs. Noticed the trim around the tub was beginning to fall apart. Location was great and close to the beach which is exactly what we were looking for. Parking was tight but not impossible. Will probably consider staying there again on future visits depending on the price.

We love staying there. Next year I will ask for a side room not the middle room. Had a little trouble with our TV but they fixed it ( It took a little to long with people in our room) but it was fixed. And the only other thing is we have been staying there 3 years in a row and they have never replace the ice machine at the Inn you have to go across the street and that ice machine is very small. We will go back love the spot.

This was a very cute property. We did not have beach view, but were on the backside of the building. However, the walk to the beach was just across the street and we did have a beautiful view of the town. The room was big and an older room with lots of extras. We loved this property and would definitely stay there again.

Cigarette burns on bedding and couch, dead insects in room, furniture worn and dirty, lamp shade rust stained, bedroom door unhinged and would not close, parking very limited…

The oceanfront view suite room was amazing. We had the perfect sunny, non windy weather so we were able to utilize our patio and the chairs out on the grass. It was a much needed getaway.

Ocean front view and very easy access to promenade, beach, dining and shopping. Not very fond of the very tight parking situation though. Staff was very helpful and overall the property was very clean and refreshing.

Location awesome unit average!
Amazing location but the rest is so-so. We reserved a 1 bedroom suite. It was nice to have separated spaces but you had to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom so not practical. Unit was a cottage so it was on the first floor and our particular one was situated next to the outdoor fireplace and walkway where people strolled by to get to the beach so it was a little noisy and non-private. The unit itself was a little smelly and stuffy so we had to open the windows everyday to air it out. Walls required fresh paint. Microwave was in need of replacement and the faucet of the tub leaked badly. The cottage could be so much nicer with a little TLC.
