Great stay, all staff encountered were friendly and approachable. They have Work going on in the hotel at the moment but doesn't affect stay. Over all 10/10 will be back

Terrible experience staff were so rude, traveled this way due to a bereavement and it just added to the stress being at this hotel. Managed to get through the experience to be greater by a rat on departure and a dead one by my car. Do not stay here!!!

Amazing experience, staff very very friendly, even though the circumstances on why we was there was so upsetting for my mother in laws funeral, the staff and stay was warm , welcoming and friendly highly recommended, will definitely stay again, was alot better this end than the cross hands hotel and st clears, staff there are awful and fresh training is definitely needed Thanks Rhyl

Another excellent stay (had a bit of sun outside) and it looks like they're getting a refurbishment! I can't wait to stay once it's finished the hotel staff always do their best for me and others in the hotel Breakfast excellent as always and still love a pizza in the evening.

Excellent stay once again everything you could want on the doorstep and free parking Comfy rooms great views from room beach a stone's throw away, pub across the car park and a beach bar

Once again stayed at Rhyl seafront Travelodge wasn’t disappointed. when I go to see family this is the only hotel I will use lovely seafront,my room was lovely and clean comfy bed and the staff are amazing.I highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends

Worst hotel I've been too I can't believe they advertise this place on tv and they compare themselves to premier inn? I had to stay in a room with dog faeces stain on floor, bad odour in room phleghms on wall. Worst night of my life

Room clean and tidy but kettle not clean. Could do with a bjt more variety on menu and maybe extened bar opening hours. Staff friendly but sometimes hard to find

Clean tidy and basic, but perfect for an overnight break, almost on the seafront. The staff however were amazing. Pleasant, polite and very helpful. Special mention to Neil.

We stayed for two nights as a family of 4 and can't fault the hotel or staff at all, our rooms where so clean and every staff member we encountered was very friendly and easy to talk to, the food was perfect. And right next to the beach so lovely views too. Highly recommend this hotel and we will certainly come back again
