This place switched us 2 times, first room had one towel and soon as we closed the door roaches crawled up the door, the head boards of the bed was torn. So they switched us to a second room, this room had one towel as well, hair in the tub and somebody had took a sh**in the toilet. I went down stairs and asked could we get another towel and she said they didn't have anymore. Told us that we didn't have to stay there asked could she call the manager, she said she not go to call them, this place was terrible, didn't even stay there

I had a terrible experience at this property. When I arrived, the door to the room was blocked, and the staff had to kick it open — definitely not a good first impression. For security, I ended up having to block the door with a nightstand, which made me feel extremely unsafe throughout the night.
The cable didn’t work, and the WiFi was completely non-functional, which added to the frustration. As for the so-called “breakfast,” it consisted of a box of Cheerios and a cup of terrible coffee — far below any reasonable expectation.
Overall, this was hands-down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I strongly do not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

Rooms are spacious enough. I liked open area for fresh air. However, staff not removing trash could see trash cans full for 2 days.
Refrigerator needed in room.
Could not get extension for check out.
Breakfast is poor: no milk for 2 days; no fruit, always serving cereals , coffee and bread. If you say break fast included; try to make a variety at least every 2days… Can be great if those issues are resolved

At check in we were charged twice and when we went into our room and there was tons of roaches in the room and dead roaches in The beds.
