Bed showed signs of bed bugs, Strong odor in room and burn marks on pillow, possibly from cigarettes. Small piles of short hairs on floor between beds. TV backlight flickers hurt my eyes to watch. Water damage in bathroom. - The thing that broke me was the crayon on the wall. Kids shouldn't have to stay in a place like this.

The mattress i worn out, kept tossing and turning, hurt my shoulder blade. The hot tub had no instructions so it took some time to figure out and even then not sure it was working properly.

The stay was great. Spent the night there for an early morning flight out of Midway. The room was clean, quiet, and served its purpose. I would recommend staying there. The staff was friendly as well.

The hotel was okay with the exception of it being pet friendly. Listening to the dogs bark throughout the night/morning was too much for me.

Overnight management was to accommodating due to a technical difficulty on their end . Then he wasn’t professional with communication, him and my partner had exchange word and because he didn’t like that my partner was right he told my partner that he couldn’t stay with me but he would check me in which didn’t make sense to say when I came with him for him to stay with me . Then he was antagonizing the situation trying to get a negative reaction out of my partner. I didn’t like the experience didn’t check in and I’m highly upset that I wasted 50$

The place has come a long way from a few years ago. It was clean, the outside was well lit and felt more secure. The front desk was very professional and friendly. Good for the price and recommendation for people watching their budget.

There was no one at the front desk for at least 30-40 minutes when we got there to check in. And only 2 pillows in a king size bed.

Michael at the front desk was very attentive and responded to my questions with confidence. The room was clean and smelled clean unlike the previous stay a couple years ago. Jon well done in bringing it to a better star review.

While brushing my teeth a roach ran up the wall I videoed it a showed the manager on duty. Couldn’t change rooms they were fully booked so she offered me a free night for the inconvenience but I never got it came back after work an no one knows anything
