There was no one at the front desk for at least 30-40 minutes when we got there to check in. And only 2 pillows in a king size bed.

Michael at the front desk was very attentive and responded to my questions with confidence. The room was clean and smelled clean unlike the previous stay a couple years ago. Jon well done in bringing it to a better star review.

While brushing my teeth a roach ran up the wall I videoed it a showed the manager on duty. Couldn’t change rooms they were fully booked so she offered me a free night for the inconvenience but I never got it came back after work an no one knows anything

Basic room that's fine for a night or two. Convenient to Midway Airport, but a decent drive to downtown so if you're looking to do activities downtown I'd stay somewhere else. Staff was friendly.

Staff was very friendly, check in was easy and quick and included the WiFi info. TV screen is broken and bedsheet quality is iffy but otherwise it’s fine for a night.

I had to check in late and the staff was very nice. The room is super basic. No carpet hardwood floors. My room did not have a working door knob on the bathroom. But the reason I give it two stars was the bed. I couldn't sleep all night. It's an old spring mattress and I just tossed and turned all night it was totally worn out. I would not stay here again. I guess for the price it's okay but I would bring your own air mattress and sleep on the floor.
