We stayed here last night and had a very smooth experience. Lisa was very friendly, making good conversation with us about our plans for our stay, and also providing us with all the information we needed. Our room was clean, with a TV and hot drink facilities too.

I had a nice stay, the hotel was very quiet and was good value for money. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I regularly stop in this hotel when down in Liverpool for business. The staff are great, the hotel is clean and in a great location for getting into town. Great value for money and I will continue to use this hotel as a base whilst working in Liverpool. 10/10

We had 3 day stay everything was really good staff on board everytime we went to the recpection . Very kind and friendly staff

We had a great experience, from the moment we walked in to the friendly staff with a lovely welcome, to the whole team being so kind and helpful. My child has multiple allergies, and they went out of their way to ensure he was safe and catered for, with such happy, friendly and caring attitudes. Lisa, Georgia and the rest of the great team (sorry I didn’t catch anyone else’s names) ensured we had a lovely stay and my son particularly can’t wait to stay again! Thank you

Good location , rooms clean and staff are amazing very friendly and helpful , highly recommend staying here , close to shops and food outlets
员工非常友善。床很舒服，早餐品质也很高。如果能提供免费WiFi而不是只有30分钟就更好了，但除此之外，一切都很好。
首先，员工热情友好，但也就仅此而已了。作为一家经济型酒店，它还算可以，但房间简陋乏味，甚至连吉利亚德的侍女房都比这好。没有吹风机，没有衣柜，没有置物架，就连浴室里都没有洗手液，幸好没有莉迪亚阿姨躲在浴帘后面。说真的，这完全是他们的经营理念问题，或者说，他们根本没有任何经营理念。我们本来想多花400英镑，但因为需要换酒店，他们不让我们换，所以我们只好把钱花在了他们的竞争对手那里，真是太荒唐了。不过，利物浦这座城市和酒店员工都很棒。
酒店服务不太友好，不提供每日客房清洁服务，仅应要求更换毛巾。酒店配有热水器，可以泡茶和咖啡。
入住体验很差。窗户打不开，房间里还有一股难闻的脚臭味。毛巾很脏。水壶内部发黄。
