Early check-in (just 1 hr) would be good if room is ready. Staff didn’t even check. Not very friendly about it either.

Staff provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced - wouldn’t tell us the room number assigned, refused to bring towels into the pool area when I was watching my toddlers, wouldn’t get out of her chair in the morning to check us out. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke. The bathroom walls were dirty. The beds are very uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin, could hear people in the room above. Breakfast was 1/4 of what you’d get at a holiday inn for the same price. I highly advise not to stay here unless necessary.

The hotel was in a complex just off of the highway. The parking is shared with a steakhouse. I liked being able to keep an eye on my car from my room. Unfortunately that is where the good stopped. The hotel is dated and a little run down. Our room was not vacuumed and just felt old and tired. The toilet was toddler sized so it was hard to use. The soap holder in the bathroom was broken. The bathroom floor was disgusting with cracks and breaks throughout. The beds were ok but you had to maneuver to find the spot where you didnt feel like you would roll off the edge. Everytime we left the room our keys would not work upon returning and we would have to go back to the front desk to get them activated. The rooms were noisy and the kids down the hall could be clearly heard. Also, when the kids were active the whole room would shake like we were in an earthquake. There were two front desk staff that were nice Angela and a gentleman(didnt get his name). The rest of the staff were rude but I have come to realize it might be the area norm and not just at the hotel. Overall this was not the kind of stay I expected when booking a hotel with the Radisson name

Overbooked my room so i had to downgrade the first night. Staff found a room that I reserved and moved me to that one the second day without telling me. Had to go up and down to try and get keys reactivated to collect my stuff when I got back at 930pm.
Rooms were dirty/not well maintained & many outlets didn't work. People in adjacent room were very loud or the building doesn't have good soundproofing.
The complementary breakfast was good though, but a friend told me about it because the stuff did not. Closets had holes in the doors.
最棒的是走进去闻到的香味——好香啊！泳池里挤满了年轻人，吵吵闹闹。床很舒服。早餐还不错。前台的琳达是最棒的：非常友好，而且信息丰富。
