Hotel (motel) was conveniently off the highway. Overall not bad but very strong smell of mildew/mold from AC unit. Asked if all rooms were this way and was told yes. Shouldn’t have expected much given the price.

Decent place, what you’d expect for a Red Roof Inn. They didn’t have any breakfast but did have free coffee in the morning.

Gave us adjoining rooms as requested. Would have been better if the pool was open since had 4 kids.

It was kind of disappointing. The room layout was nice but quite dirty. It smelled like **** - strong. There’s smeared fingerprints on the microwave and fridge. There’s a soda cup lid by the bed. The bedroom floor and under the toilet were not cleaned well at all. I was ok with staying in for 6 hours though. I wasn’t sure if check-in is 24 hours but the lobby lady seemed to have been asleep. Overall, if you aren’t picky it’s ok for a quick night it has a fridge, microwave and air con. Water pressure is great. There’s soap and shampoo etc for you. I’m easy and have never been a complainer but I was surprised that the room only looked like the bed was made and that’s it

I would never stay here again! The room smelled of pet urine, the sheets had stains on them, there was a decent sized hole near the baseboard by one of the beds, the ceiling above the shower was falling apart and the vent in the bathroom leaked on the toilet and you if you were sitting on it.

Poor quality bath towels, very worn. Thankfully I packed towels. In addition, I made the reservations prior upon arrival at check-in. The clerk told me that there was no way that I should have been able to book that room and I had to pay additional money because the room I booked was not available. She even admitted that it was a system’s mistake yet I had to pay additional money for that mistake.

Absolutely terrible experience here! We booked a non smoking accessible room two months ago being we were going to the Rodeo from out of town. Checking in the lady at the desk looked at my dad & said oh you’re the one who broke the mirror my dad was like huh?? We aren’t from here just made it in she apologized should have known then it was going to be a bad stay.They tried to give us an upstairs room. Went back to tell them it’s incorrect she gave us another room but told us she’d have to charge us an additional fee. It gets worse!.. we left for the day came back and it was a storm occurring tornado signs going off our key wouldn’t work! We got another key it still didn’t work! It took 30 minutes to get us back in the room. We were allowed into another room until it was fixed but we were already soaked for 10 minutes before that option was given. The staff that came to fix the door was doing the best he can not mad at him per se. Thought that was it? Nope there’s more bathtub would not drain until the next morning the shower was leaking & splashing onto the bathroom floor so it was soaking wet the entire time. All that was offered back was the up charge fee of 15$ they charge us for the new room that shouldn’t have been charged to begin with. Would never come back here or recommend it to anyone else run!!! If we could have left & our money back we would have.
