The heater in my room did not produce any heat. Management brought me a space heater the size of a speaker to fix the problem. The refrigerator made a constant noise all night. It sounded like someone was drying towels all night above me. My bedspread smelled like vomit. There was no soap available at the sink, only shampoo in the shower. There was no breakfast, not even coffee.

I was finally able to log in, long enough to post this review (I'm at the Red Roof right now). I will ever stay at a Red Roof Inn again. I have 3 criteria for a hotel stay. Comfy beds, cold air and good WIFI. The air and beds are fine. But the WIFI? It is quite frankly the WORST WIFI, in my decades of hotel stays. I couldn't even get the page to load, to check my email. Every single thing I tried to do, it froze and/or booted immediately. Makes me sick. The clerk even tried to pull a fast one, sliding in to getting me to take a bottom floor (like it was a choice and they're the same). Online said $59 for a double, that's what I wanted, asked for, the 1st floor came up and he wanted me to pay $120+ for that first floor. RIDICULOUS. I have Psoriatic Arthritis and struggle to walk; stairs are a nightmare. I should be able to get a down-stairs room, without paying DOUBLE. Never, never, never again. I'll end with a positive, the room is nicely decorated. Very displeased.

We have a family member receiving care at UMMC and have stayed at Red Roof Inn, Richland several times recently. The cost is reasonable, the cleanliness is exceptional and the staff is caring, efficient and most pleasant! We feel like we found a hidden gem!

Wonderful and pleasant stay. Rooms are an excellent price. Service was incredible. Front desk was very kind and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The beds/ pillows were extremely comfortable and made me sleep like a baby! Location couldn't have been better as you can quickly walk to nearby stores in safety. Pet friendly as well!

The room was very nice.the staff was very nice and respectful. The pool looked very clean. It's a very good environment all around. Good location. The staff wasn't banging on my door at check out time witch is a plus. If I every rent a room in richland Mississippi I would come back

Very nice staff, room was clean, ac was cold! Parking lot was clean, place looked kept up very well! Not a bad place to Saturday for the price, location is pretty good too! Pool was clean! Don’t have anything bad to say for a quick weekend stay! Would recommend!

Very quiet out of the way hotel. Pool was great and so was the staff. Right off the highway, surrounded by several restaurants. Hardly any cars coming thru. No annoying people making stupid noises and screaming outside. Will come back for the privacy.
