The staff was very nice.
The breakfast buffet was very nice.
The room was only ok. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, too firm. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. I personally don't like feather pillows. And the sheets were too small for the bed. They should have been deep pocket sheets but were not. Every time my husband or I rolled over the fitted bottom sheet popped off. That should not happen at this price point. And the shower door wanted to rool open as if it was not level.. We won't be going back.

Very noisy..adjoining room with access had people whose conversation was as though they were in our room
Shower was at best lukewarm...and it took 7 different remote controls and 2 different people to make a remote work.
There was never an offer to change rooms when i informed the front desk about the tv and the adjoining room noise

In the afternoon, the TV in the living room didn’t work and they came up and fixed it. This evening the TV in the bedroom doesn’t work and they came up and couldn’t fix it. The front desk then called me to say oh well maybe we can fix it tomorrow And I said I’m leaving tomorrow. So then they said we’ll give you points. I said I don’t want points. Well there’s nothing we can do. Needless to say, I am not happy and I will never ever stay at a Hyatt again.

Terrible, rude staff. No customer service or will to listen to reasoning. Manager hung up on me due to my family member filling out a credit card auth form because i didnt have the physical card on me and he refused to authorize it.

they upgraded us at no extra cost with a full kitchen and sofa along with our king bed. Everything was clean. The people were pleasant and very accommodating. We definitely will come again!

凯悦酒店正在施工,我到之前还没人入住。我下午4点到的,房间还没准备好。我等了半个小时才拿到房间。走廊需要吸尘,走廊里还有垃圾桶。
