The staff person was expeditious and helpful. One thing I didn't like about the room is that there is no light switch near the door. I had to wander in to find a light switch. The other thing is that I signed up for a single Queen bed and got a room with a full-sized bed.

The beds were rock hard and all the pillows were different. I did feel safe to sleep. So that’s really all that matters.

The staff was fine and courteous. The motel is badly in need of a makeover. For example, the light switch plate upon entering our room was covered (maybe a short at some time?) and we had to fumble in the dark to find a switch to turn on a light. The pillows were awful, way past their useful life. The room was clean and mattress decent. When we looked at the continental breakfast offerings, we decided to go across the street to a restaurant.

Was quiet, but extremely dirty. Our bed had blood splatters on the sheet, as well as blood splatters on the chair. I took the sheet off to inspect for bedbugs and the mattress is stained of blood and urine. The room and hotel smelled of mildew. The floor in our room had an uneven floor and was a tripping hazard. The floor around the hottub was filthy and dead bugs laying everywhere. Roaches in the breakfast area crawling on the counter. Desk staff was MIA. People were calling and yelling to check out and no one came. Room service came into our room on the first night which I didn’t appreciate because we had our personal belongings laying out. Would never stay here again.

一家不错的中途停留酒店，仅此而已。
