I tried to cancel my booking within the hour from booking. I took pictures with in my phone when I pressed the cancel button and it allowed it🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️Me and my family were caught in a very bad storm was the first emergency. I had to cancel the booking. Nobody wasn’t calling back and when I finally talked to someone so had to let them know that I found out that I wasn’t going to be able to stay at all because I was very ill and could not stay. They wanted proof. Idk what proof to show but my honest word. The weather was soooo bad that night and I was forced to keep going and go straight home 4 hours away. I was so upset with the fact that I had proof that I cancelled way before time and still ignored. I didn’t get the chance to stay. I don’t think I will be using this again because it was not fair. They could’ve at least allowed me to use it for may be another time frame. I had an emergency with my health. I have Lupus and when I get sick it’s always serious.
Yes, #1 this room needed towels, #2 and #3 i found a syringe someone was using for ***** and some brillo someone was using to smoke crack, #4 light doesn't work in the bathroom #5 toilet doesn't flush by handle at all and had to take the top cover off tank and figure out how this style bowl works to flush the toilet , #6 no cofffee pot/tea maker #7 microwave doesnt work etc..... i honestly thought it had to be a prank so to say the least, I've never been more disappointed in a Wyndham

Arrived at 6:00 PM and was told there was no cable tv in the room. Was told that the internet and smart tv in the room worked. We agreed to stay per our reservation. Clerk went to check on room, after one hour , were given key to room. Went to room , could not get into room. We returned to desk,returned key and left to a near buy hotel. Hotel lobby dirty and very messy. Outside hotel was unclean and hotel seam to be home to transient people who were hanging around outside. We loss our rewards points and payment used to book hotel, but it was better than risking our life and belongs. Hotel did not mention problems when we pre checked in via the email received from them. Clerk tried to get manager who was staying at hotel to come to the desk to take care of the problem. Clerk talked several times to manager,but she never came to desk. Clerk never checked her computer for our reservation, just told her manager the confirmation number we provided her. Clerk was very nice, but not able to do much.

I'm in room 161! I have begged for blanket , say towels and wash clothes since yesterday and asked this morning and they going to try. yesterday water was out and they didn't let me know it . They have nothing but stale products. My sister went to get me coffee and no coffee made and breakfast is from 6 to 10! A!!!, the heater is loud and it's either cold or hot and you can but hot and I have to say this buee bathroom is not clear!!! I would tell people to drive on by!!!!!!

I selected this hotel because it stated that it was pet friendly. It is the grossest place that I have ever attempted to stay at. There is a no smoking sign on the door, but the room smells like smoke and there are burn marks in the bedding. The bathroom had hair in the shower from the last person that had stayed there. The faucets leaked. The smoke detector was missing with wires hanging from the ceiling. Simply walking to the room passed us by other rooms with garbage and bedding laying outside. There were people lurking around the hotel as if it was a pay by the hour location. I returned my keys and left to find a safer and cleaner place to sleep for the night.

To cut to the chase, the room was absolutely filthy! The pillows had stains and so did the bed and blankets, they were filled with holes,the tables and any surface wasn’t even wiped down, they had mysterious dried liquid on it, BUGS, smelled like cigarettes and when me and my friend entered the room, we were scared to even go into the bedroom because we saw that the door didn’t even have a doorknob and had paint streaks on it. Overall, stains everywhere, furniture was bad and it smelled bad with bugs, DONT STAY HERE! Oh and let’s not forget the front desk. Another guy was complaining too and they ended up hiding in back until we left. We went back after 20 mins and 1 was out. But this one didn’t even speak English. Like why is she even an employee here? The other one came back after 10 more mins with a new worker. At this point we were so frustrated we just wanted the refund back. Thank god we got it. But now it’s 11pm and all hotels are fully booked nearby.

Overall bad experience with EVERYTHING, check in service was horrible, room was nasty, from the bed with the sheets being stained, the couch had dirty marks all over, the floor was so sticky I didn’t dare to walk without my shoes, the bathroom looked liked it was never cleaned, etc.

第一个房间非常脏，闻起来有香烟味。第二个房间的清洁还没有完成，除了床、浴缸边缘使用的一瓶洗发水、门后面的脏毛巾、没有干净的毛巾或毛巾。两个小时过去了，我才拿到两条毛巾。午餐区简直要吐了，只有咖啡。
