Breakfast at 6 AM? Haha!
I had to wake the front desk person up at 6:10 so they could start setting up the breakfast foods.(apparently that person also sets up the breakfast) She was in a corner sleeping in a chair. I wanted to eat and leave early but that didn't get to happen. It was a continental breakfast which had biscuits and gravy( which was cold). No waffle mix to make waffles. Coffee was weak.

Room and lobby did not smell good - a mix of bleach and mildew. It’s undergoing renovations which is a good thing but our room was in the construction zone when it should have been in the building not being worked on. It wasn’t full.

The staff makes this place my go to for overnight stays in Florence. The hotel is clean and freshly renovated. You can’t beat the price/value of this hotel.

They were under construction and I asked to be moved to a quiet area because I work nights. The manager was very rude and the room that was given to me was one room away from where the work was happening. I was only staying for two nights and I was happy to get out. If I was staying longer i would look for another hotel. I will NEVER recommend or stay in that hotel again.

We were not told we were getting a smoking room at booking. It really smelled like nicotine. It also had burn marks on the tub and the sink.

No waffles. No french toast. Bathroom could have been cleaner.
Guy behind front desk was more interested in his phone and ear buds. Stay alway.

The lady at my very later after midnight check in got me checked in while she was on the phone with her friend. Not rude but not great customer service. The morning lady when I checked out was great and the breakfast lady was nice and helpful. The room was clean but there were some sketchy looking people hanging outside their rooms which made me a bit nervous.
