The hotel was under construction and did not notate this on their website nor *******. It went on until 5:30PM Friday and started again at 7:20AM on a Saturday morning.

Room was ok in terms of wear and tear on furnishings but this like mirrors was very dirty. Tub had rust. Bed was comfortable. Exterior of hotel showed age. Breakfast was horrible. Nothing to choose from. Worst I have encountered in a long time

The room was modern and very clean. The area felt safe. There were plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance as the hotel is located within a large shopping area. But, the absolute best part of the stay was the woman at the front desk that checked me in. She was very nice, efficient and accommodating. She's everything customer service used to be. She was a nice ending to a very long driving day. This will now be my usual stop on my way south.

The receptionist was so sweet. We weren’t from in town we were from California and she helped us find some good local spots to eat and hang out. The hotel was actually being renovated, which was a major plus it was very nice very clean. Everyone was very attentive from the maintenance staff to the housekeeping, even the people that were working on the renovations

The room was not spotless. There were no plastic bags in the garbage cans. It was just an OK room. It wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be, but it was doable.

Could Have Been Cleanier But Not Bad
The room could have been cleaner like the bathroom sink, bathroom floor, tub & toilet. There were no bags in the trash cans. I didn't have to do a deep clean but you shouldnt still see dirt in these areas when you check in. The bed was clean & comfortable.
