房间不干净,住了6天,我的手被跳蚤或其他什么虫子咬了,很痒,这是我这一辈子住过最差的酒店。我后知后觉,厕所里面的卫生纸,是上一个客人用过的,我以为就是那么小的。三天来打扫房间,才发现卫生纸应该是一大卷。很脏很脏,这是一个完全不符合标准的出租房,强烈要求整顿,或者下架。很不幸,人生中遇到这样的旅行体验。人变得不好了
跳蚤在我左右手背咬了好几个红点,非常痒,然后我出现了皮肤过敏一大片红疹,两条手臂都痒,这个跳蚤是很厉害的,住这家酒店要小心了。酒店没有冰箱和微波炉,很不方便,没有吃过热的东西。热水壶也没有。空调很响,打开房门透气时,走廊天花板都是虫子,满屋顶的虫子
一切都还不错
如果您只需要短暂休息一晚,这家酒店是个不错的选择。价格实惠。外面很干净,而且有很多免费停车位。房间是普通大小。没有熨斗、熨衣板或吹风机,而我住过的所有房间通常都有这些。靠近底部的浴室门上有一些血迹。枕头很旧,摸起来也不蓬松。床单闻起来不太干净清新。地理位置安静,无烟,这是一个优点。我给3/5分。
西湖的灾难
入住后简直是灾难。以前住过这里,从未遇到过这些:环境卫生糟糕、大堂不美观、入口门损坏、空调噪音大、地板脏兮兮、窗帘有污渍、床上用品脏兮兮/有污渍、灯泡烧坏、没有备用毛巾和卫生纸……还需要我多说吗?
我的房间本应是无烟房,但闻起来却像香烟。退房那天,我注意到清洁工在房间外吸烟。另外,我觉得如果房间靠近酒店前面而不是后面,我会感觉更安全。他们没有告诉我关于在酒店附近进行树木清理的信息。这并没有造成任何损害,但由于此次清理活动,周围出现了更多人。我个人不推荐任何人入住这里。
我以自己的名义预订了两间房间,但到了之后,他们却告诉我不能合住。来回折腾了10分钟后,他给了我两把钥匙。房间里弥漫着霉味和雪茄烟味。空调里也有霉味。我走到床与床之间,袜子都湿了。地毯也不知道为什么湿了。非常不开心,如果不是因为要带孩子,离家几个小时,我早就搬走了。
这地方简直就是个垃圾场,我可不想让我最要命的敌人待在这里。这里的“体液”比和休·海夫纳共度一夜还要多。我犯了个错误,带着黑光灯四处走动,发现了叶绿素的痕迹,可能还有血迹。联系管理层时,他们说“由于‘政策’,无法退款”。如果可以给这里负分,我一定会给。请像躲避瘟疫一样避开这个鬼地方。
这家酒店充其量只能说还行,但明显的偷工减料让它从一家可以接受的廉价酒店变成了令人失望的酒店。由于前台人手不足,办理入住花了很长时间。房间破旧不堪,裤子都剥落了,还有一股霉味。枕头不够用,只有两条小毛巾(就像大手巾一样)。浴帘坏了,水溅得到处都是。虽然没什么大碍,但绝对不达标。
没有
凌晨3点30分办理入住的预付费房间,办理入住时间是20分钟……我上午打电话给前台申请延迟退房,结果被告知不行。我用手机打了两次电话,两次都断线了……打到房间后又一直接不通……所以我第三次打过去说请稍等,我有个问题……结果被告知不能延迟退房。如果酒店当时很忙(没有),或者前台人员尝试给我回电话(没有),我就能理解这肯定是个问题。
