Room not available when I went to check in. Slept in Loves parking lot. Paid for nothing and am very disappointed.

Our experience was not good. The hotel staff was unable to address needs and concerns and indicated that management had been told of the problems. We were awaken in the middle of the night by someone trying to get into our room by force. It was bad.

The room had a horrible smell. It was so bad, I had a difficult time sleeping. The bedspread had cigarette holes and stains. There was mold on the bathroom walls. The shower fixture flange was pulled out from the wall. The bathroom door frame was very rusted.
The lady that checked us in at the front desk was very nice.

The room was very old had a smell I asked for a blanket and they gave me one with a hole big enough to throw a basketball through very poor housekeeping

Breakfast was poor, just donuts, and bread (slices were handled, shoved into plastic sandwich bags, but left a thumb dent in it, so was very unappealing.)

We booked a non smoking room. Room had an ashtray with ashes in it. It smelled like smoke. Burn marks all over the tub. The air condition unit only worked on high beds were blood stained mattresses. It was horrible. If I could have cancelled and got refund would not have stayed. People loud outside someone knocked on lot e door around -0:30 at night.

The 80s called....they want this hotel to be giving a proper burial.
Check in....first room had a dead AC. Assigned a different room. Holes in the wall, exposed outlets with no wall plates, cigarette burn holes in comforters. The shower knob fell off and hit my big toe. The toilet seat was loose and about to fall off, the room door had damage from forced entry and a broken security lock. All the AC's were draining water across the upper deck walkways. Just a junky old hotel that's 15 years late for demolition. One step above tent camping. Go see for yourself...room 205.

This was the nastiest room we have ever stayed in. Had it booked for 2 nights, didn't stay the 2nd night... From the damp, filthy carpet, to the cig burn holes in the blankets.
毛巾湿透了，浴室/厕所里有股浓重的污水味。
