Breakfast was okay. Room could have been cleaner. I have stayed in worse but will try another hotel if we return.

Air conditioner was loud all night. Bathtub wouldn't drain while taking a shower. Made coffee in the room and there was stuff floating in the cup. I dumped it down the drain. Would not stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. Easy access to the highway or town. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. The elevator always returns to the lobby after call. Love that feature.

Feel slightly bamboozled. This had a 9.2 review rating! No way, they must of paid someone off.
Only reason Im giving a 2 rating vs 1 is because the customer service was excellent & breakfast was good. The room including our suite was a total dive! The rooms would have been great back in the 80 & 90's. Super old & damaged walls & furniture. Beds are totally sunk in could feel springs on the edge of beds but surprisingly comfortable to sleep on.
Was expecting to stay at a nice hotel with a 9.2 review but absolutely not! This should be rated no more than 6-7.

I noticed prior to checking in I noticed my card was charged 1/2 the price of our room the day prior on 10/9. Then when we checked in I specifically said that all we should be charged was the remaining amount as I’ve already been charged 1/2. She said yes!
I looked a hour later to see they charged the full amount of the room which was over $196 extra of what they already charged me!
No one could tell me why and the manager never called me back and today when I checked out the family ahead of me had the same thing happen to them.
I’ve been traveling for years I am aware I’m usually charged day of check in a $50 I’ve never had a hotel chain double charge with no explanation other than computers are funny when they glitch per front desk on 10/10 when I called about the charge!
Our first room they gave us before even opening the door a strong strong poop odor we opened the door almost vomited!
Horrible experience with zero accountability!

Room was great, very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Decent Breakfast. Bed too stiff for my taste but thats always a crap shoot in any hotel lol the Jacuzzi in the room was a great option ~staying here made the weekend perfect!

I didn’t ever find laundry services. The carpet in our room was filthy. After checking out I noticed that I had $250 charge on my credit card for “smoking.” My friend does smoke, but not once in our room! Because she is a smoker all of her things (including her hair) smells like cigarettes! I think the funds should be returned.

Everything was phenomenal!!! Clean, clean, clean and spa level 10. Best short romantic get away from kids ever. Staff was so attentive. Jason and Jessa were very helpful.

Comfort Inn for the win!!
We travel around with our daughter playing softball and I normally always try to find a Comfort Inn close. The beds are super comfy, the hotel is always clean, and the price is normally the best I can find. We love Comfort Inn!
