Great clean place warm pool friendly staff great experience nice choices for breakfast helpful when needing answer about the town. Handicapped accessible. Texas road house close by with great food all around. close to the ****** close to a lot of the attractions overall great experience rooms are clean very nice I would stay here again if I go back to Arkansas I plan to stay here again

Not ready for staying in. No swimming pool, no breakfast, My room was canceled after I had paid for it to ensure everything was ok being a Holiday weekend I didn't want any surprises it was definitely a BIG SURPRISE

This was my first reservation for Days Inn Hot Springs by Wyndham, i was never checked in. I was met with a note on a locked door with a phone # to call for check in. I called the number and received a recording that no one was able to answer the call, I left a message, no one called back, I left a message three time and no one responded. I had to stay at a neighboring hotel.

Completely filthy! Unhelpful staff! No effort was made to correct or clean any part of the stay. I will never stay at this property again and perhaps never at a Days Inn again! This place ******! I left early, but was still charged for the whole stay.

If all you need is a place to sleep then the bed is comfortable the lady at front desk is super nice but that is all. Pictures are extremely misleading

This place was terrible,room smelled of urine and mildew,no TV remote,a/c barely worked,the parking lot and all around the property was full of dirty,sketchy looking people...Got my money back after being there 30 minutes and left....DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Nasty, nasty, nasty! Horrible smell in room, broken bath fixtures, furniture, holes in bedspread, naked wires, TV did not work, etc. NASTY, NASTY, NASTY.
