Staff all nice helpful. Rooms were not clean. We were placed on the pet friendly floor. We have no pets. It was like staying in a kennel. Did not appreciate it. Requested room change but no other king rooms. Also would not have ocean view. We decided to stay where we were.

We love the Maintence Man! We had a flat tire and we are in our mid 70;s and he took care of everything! Couldn't thank him enough!!!
The staff at the front desk, well that was another subject. Not friendly at all, just to busy doing there paperwork to give us any of there time!

Check-in was so easy since I did the pre check-in. The staff were fantastic and even was able to get to the room before the normal check-in time of 4pm

The only positives about this property is the beach location and the friendly staff at the front desk. It is very run down and really needs a complete remodel. The room felt filthy, we did not want to sit in the chair or walk on the carpet.
The room was not cleaned while we were there, but not sure it would have made a difference😩The humidity inside the room ( Sept) was worse than outside- can’t imagine what it is like in summer. Although the hotel is smoke free, it reeked of smoke and felt damp and musty.
So although there was a beautiful ocean view from the room, I would not stay here again and recommend looking elsewhere.

We loved that the hotel was on the beach and had a great ocean view from the room. The rooms are a little dated, but the beds were comfy. My only complaint was after being at the hotel for 2 days, housekeeping had not come into our room to clean. I called down to the front desk and asked them to have housekeeping come in. I was told that if we did not have the do not disturb on our door, they would be coming in. We had not had it on our door any, and our room was still not cleaned that day. So I went to the service desk and let them know and our room was cleaned every day after that. The front desk staff was very nice.

Guest laundry came in handy.
We are elderly and the beds were awfully high and the tub bottom was very slippery.

总体来说酒店不错,位置很好,前台员工也很热情。酒店里有室内泳池,后面还可以直接通往海滩。
非常方便,离海滩很近。停车位也很充足。
