It appears that ******* took my reservation and money but failed to process my reservation….they have NO record of my reservation..,,I presented my receipt from ******* but they didn’t care so I’m stuck paying for the room twice….how would you feel about this situation if it happened to you? I know, you can always pat me on the head and say we’re sorry and won’t let it happen again…is that sad or funny?
