These people gave a key to my exhusband who was pretending to be my current husband. He was hiding in my room when I arrived back at the hotel. A struggle occurred and the police had to be called. They then kicked me out on the side of the street. At midnight. And have now placed me on and not rent list.

Compassion is lacking
I felt very judged and the front desk was very cold. I am going through the hardest time in my life and a little compassion would have gone a long long way. There is something wrong with the people who work at these hotels looking down on yhe people that are paying to stay there.

I was not told about the $55depost when reserving the room and was charged twice for it. The first room smells like stale cigarette smoke.

The room was clean, but it doesnt get cleaned during your stay. We had to hunt down a maid and get towels and toiletries.
Breakfast was ok. There was eggs but no bacon or sausage and waffles. Cold cereal toast and bagels.

The people staying at the hotel was very disrespectful and rude. Harassment shouldn’t be allowed. Hotel staff and management didn’t take any action and said to stay in the rooms to avoid any further problems. Very disappointing

Staff was awesome. Room was clean.
There was a $50 pre-fee that had to be paid up front for incidentals, which was returned at checkout. The only issues were the mattresses are super hard, the sink faucet backsprays, a damp humidity in the room, and a gap between door and ground.

The check in/out with staff was great. They were very accommodating for our requests with extra towels, a blanket and they were just so kind. The property is a little dated but the room was clean. Just a little "musty" and needed a little love but it worked. We slept "ok" and the pool was an added bonus. We would possibly stay there again.
