The doors need to be up graded, front door and bathroom door need repair and bath/ shower leaked, had water damage in ceiling.

A trip to hot springs
The room was very clean and nicely laid out the showers were really clean very nice hot water and the beds were so amazing my husband and i really enjoyed ourself.

This hotel is an OK stay in a pinch. The problem is that the room had a high-pitched noise that was distracting when other people in other rooms used water.

These people gave a key to my exhusband who was pretending to be my current husband. He was hiding in my room when I arrived back at the hotel. A struggle occurred and the police had to be called. They then kicked me out on the side of the street. At midnight. And have now placed me on and not rent list.

Compassion is lacking
I felt very judged and the front desk was very cold. I am going through the hardest time in my life and a little compassion would have gone a long long way. There is something wrong with the people who work at these hotels looking down on yhe people that are paying to stay there.

I was not told about the $55depost when reserving the room and was charged twice for it. The first room smells like stale cigarette smoke.
