We booked a non-smoking room for one of the Wurstfest weekends. They insisted ******* booked a smoking room, but ******* assured they have the non-smoking room confirmation.
Turns out they tried hard to also get their smoking rooms rented out as another customer reported some phone call asking them if they’d be OK with a smoking room. After some fuss, lecturing us about better to book directly with the property and asking us to pay extra for our original booking, they “found” a room with two double beds rather than the king size we booked. So beware, not a trustworthy place!
The room itself was largely clean and the beds reasonably firm, but the small fridge on the floor had some bad dirt underneath when we accidentally moved it. Not cleaned in ages, looked like cockroach-droppings among the dust.

We used handicapped parking and it was right outside our door. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, our stay was just a short overnight last minute stay. It was very quiet no road noise being so close to I-35.

这个地方挺好的，服务也不错，但让我对它感到不满的是我入住的最后一天。我已经在那里住了四天，一直都没出什么问题。当我们准备续住一天的时候，他们却告诉我伴侣，说我们不能再住了，原因是我们之前住过……据说我伴侣之前在房间里抽烟了，所以现在不能再住这里。为什么偏偏要等我们住了好几天之后才说？！我理解他们的理由，但既然已经让我们住了好几天都没问题，就不应该再赶我们走。
房间很热，空调噪音很大，浴缸里满是霉点……他们甚至都没铺床，只换了毛巾就把门敞开着，以为有人闯进来了。他们告诉我们，不铺床是为了以防万一……把房间门留着，还把我们的物品放在里面，这算预防措施吗？我不推荐任何人住在这里……空调的巨大噪音根本无法让人安心，浴室也有很多不足之处，而且自从开门事件之后，我就感觉很不安全……
