Was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Very nice place. The only thing I didn’t like was there was a very strong chemical smell when got to the room and took a long time with window open to go away. Would stay here again.

This place was a dump. Not thoroughly cleaned. Stains and tears on the furniture. A cushion on the window was considered a place for someone to sleep. The staff was rude. And the breakfast was awful and i felt ill afterwards. I will never stay at a microtel again. The place was priced at double what a motel 6 costs and was not worth it. I want my money refunded.

I am always pleased whenvwe visit New Braunfeks and stay here. Rooms and hotel are always very clean. Close proximity to restaurant and fast food.
The check process us quick and easy. And the checkin last us so very super nice and friendly.

Nice stay
I was a little worried based on previous ratings, but was pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff, location close to major roads in the area. Would recommend if looking for a good place to stay while on a budget.

Very run down hotel. The bedding was good meaning sheets and towels. Furniture needs some help. Breakfast was sad.
Had to fix the toilet in the middle of the night. A/C works good!

Need to have a better breakfast and start it earlier on Saturday and Sunday. Coffee should be ready by 4 am. Floors were sticky. Rooms with king size beds were kinda cramped .

It was close to downtown which was nice. Our first room that was booked, upon check in was "being renovated". They moved us to another room, the air was off and it was 90 degrees in the room. We turned the air on, went to the desk and the staff was gone and left a note returning later. We left went for an hour, ran into town, came back, the room was still prob 85 degrees. We returned to the desk, the moved us again to a downgraded room, not a suite like purchased. Atleast this one was a little cooler than 80 degrees. We wont return.

Breakfast was not good at all. We thought it was going to be hot eggs and instead got cold boiled eggs that tasted horrible. And i like boiled eggs but that, i don't know what that was. House keeping was great friendly people but the indian front desk lady was eyes on and rushing people out of breakfast area. Oh and don't warm up eggs in the microwave they blow up. Maybe that's why we had eyes on us.

The room had been updated and it was nice and clean, convenient to anywhere we needed to go. The breakfast was nice but they do pick it up exactly on time and it was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Would stay there again.
