Did not care much for the breakfast. Sausage links tasted undercooked both mornings. Biscuits were hard as a rock. Milk only, no liquid coffee creamer

Small rooms but very nice and clean. Very frienly and helpful and right on the water.
Good breakfast as well.

Room's very neat and has more than what I expected/needed ☺️ Staff's super friendly and very welcoming. I would definitely consider checking in here again when I visit the next time.

Beautiful view, clean rooms and friendly staff. Had an issue with items going missing but the manager was on it and was great.

Clean room except for the exhaust fan in the bathroom a the air conditioner grills were very dirty! Allergies!!! Great furniture & view on the patio!

I don’t consider it a pet friendly policy when they make you sign something saying your pet will never be alone in the room. How can you go do anything or out to eat when a lot of places don’t allow dogs. I will never stay here again this hotel is not pet friendly in my opinion. I left 2 days early and stayed at a different hotel so I could enjoy my stay in Hot Springs.

The room was very clean. No complaints. The tub needs replaced but all in all very nice.

The lakefront was beautiful. The balcony was great! Staff were very friendly. We would definately stay again.
