I had such a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly nice, and the location is convenient. I loved the coffee/tea service in the mornings, the pool was to die for, and the bed... the bed was heaven! Thanks for such a great time.

No one mentioned to us that we had free breakfast. Nobody told us about the lounge, free coffee, and restaurant on the 2nd floor. When we were at the 3rd floor bar, we asked for coffee and they said they didn't have any, but didn't mention that there was a coffee bar on 2nd floor. The 3rd floor staff seems lobotomized or something. Front desk staff were very helpful, though.

房间很干净，酒店也很漂亮。不过，当凤凰城大多数酒店都不收度假村费的时候，这里竟然要收40美元，这简直是疯了。
房间里的空调坏了；酒店技术团队下班了，建议立即更换到另一个房间。感谢您采取的迅速行动。
不要被图片欺骗了。我太失望了！住了两个晚上，订了两个房间，两间都很令人失望。一间有浓重的*********气味，另一间有汗味和陈旧气味。游泳池又小又脏。房间里的皮革家具也脱落了。我再也不会预订这家酒店了。
酒店有点陈旧，需要翻新。枕头是我睡过最不舒服的。
