汽车旅馆,环境肯定跟大酒店没法比,房间收拾得比较干净,房间内带有微波炉。酒店不提供免费wifi,好处是免费停车。第二天要赶路临时住一下还是可以,要住好几天度假的话这个酒店不适合
这是我在美国住过的最差最差的酒店,前台没有服务意识,真的后悔一次性订八个晚上,其中一个晚上还停电到第二天十点,房间走廊严重的霉味,椅子脏,冰箱锈迹斑斑,放房间还破洞,走廊地毯污渍,房间污渍,
退房后才发现房间里没有吹风机,原来需要向前台预订。早餐只是一个咖啡吧,提供格兰诺拉麦片棒。
浴室需要彻底清洁和翻新。
热水没问题,但是淋浴喷头很大程度限制了水流量。
房间里有霉味,我们不得不打开窗户试图让空气清新一些。
我相信这家酒店曾经很不错,但现在需要翻新了,尤其是走廊的地毯。
比较满意的是可以自己煮饭,安全
这栋房子确实有长期租户,而且也照常运营。从冰箱门需要更换到无法使用的茶几,可以看出缺乏定期维护。早餐很清淡。燕麦片可能是最好的,而且是普通的速溶。早餐时间他们只有一壶咖啡,而且他们没有尽力保持满壶。然而,他们却没有杯子或任何可供客人享用美味咖啡的东西。
我们预订了这家酒店几天,但几分钟后就因为条件太差而决定退款。酒店工作人员拒绝了,称预订是通过*******进行的,因此不符合退款条件。不幸的是,我们向*******团队提出的请求也未得到解决。房间不干净,也没有烹饪设施。酒店不提供肥皂和洗发水等基本洗漱用品。免费早餐种类极其有限——只有燕麦和松饼,而且连这些都很少。酒店也没有咖啡。说实话,我不推荐入住这家酒店。前台工作人员粗鲁无礼,根本不关心客人的感受。
很遗憾,这家酒店令人大失所望。这栋楼极其破败,从踏入的那一刻起,就给人一种无人照管的感觉。内部陈旧,走廊光线昏暗,整个地方都让人感觉不安全——尤其是在晚上。
整栋楼弥漫着令人作呕的气味,像是霉味、烟味和某种难以辨认的气味混合在一起。清洁显然不是首要任务。房间里到处都是灰尘,床单上沾满了污渍,表面也脏兮兮的。就连干净的毛巾和干净的地板等基本设施似乎都被忽视了。
这个地方急需翻新和更好的管理。我不建议住在这里,尤其是对于那些注重安全或卫生的人来说。
住宿体验还行
早餐种类有限,床很不舒服,工作人员办理入住花了很长时间,甚至在办理入住时还用免提接电话,还一边笑着。他们询问的信息太多,而且提供的帮助也很差。
我们住得还不错,只是房间的空调坏了,而且有些电源插座也坏了。一个插座把我妹妹的充电器烧坏了,还有几个插座根本没用。这些就是我唯一的抱怨了,除此之外,住宿体验还不错。谢谢。
