I stayed at this hotel numerous times. Each time I stay, I stay around 2-3 days at a time. When submitting requests for garbage to be emptied, additional towels needed, or need some kind of maintenance on the room, those requests fall on deaf ears. I will chose a better facility the next time I am in the area.

Great Stay for a Family!
The rooms are great! Spacious and comfortable and exactly what our family was looking for. We really appreciated the separate living space. It could use a slightly better clean and update, but overall, we were very happy with it. The pool area is well-maintained, and the lobby is great for socializing. The staff is AMAZING! Everyone was welcoming and informative

The room was huge and mostly clean the couch was stained a little bit and the wall had a splatter of I don’t what but I wasn’t touching it and then one of the pillows had a stain and the knob in the mini fridge was missing so, my stuff got warm but nothing to complain about because the ice machine was right outside my door. Except when people would get ice at like 3-4 in the morning. It was nice having a microwave in the room but the open button was stuck so you had to use both hands to pry it open. The tv in the small living room was way too big for such a small place, my suggestion would be to move the big tv to the bedroom area and the smaller tv on the wall out here. Then in the bathroom it was nice to have a stoneish seat built into the wall, the tub was nice and deep and I love love love the bathroom sink, but what I definitely don’t like is how far back you have to reach for the toilet paper, dumb place to put toilet what is someone’s left arm was broken they couldn’t reach, my suggestion is get toilet paper before you sit down lol. And then it was nice to have a little convenient store, wish they had more variety though. Then they allow people to sit in the lobby all hours of the night being loud and drinking, I personally think should have been stopped at midnight but this was like 2 in the morning. Overall the front staff was nice, the room was nice I will definitely stay here again when I come this way.

Only one washcloth on checkin, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels for 2 people next morning I asked for 3 washcloths from the front deck. After about 5 minutes the clerk gave me 2 washcloths and implied that I was a washcloth thief. That afternoon when we were out the maid entered the room and took the used washcloth from the day before and one of the 2 washcloths I got that morning leaving us with 1 washcloth for 2 people. On check out I asked to speak with the manager, but was told he/she was busy. Waited 20 minutes and left. The shower had mildew around the base and the water pressure was low.

Everything was lovely to stay. But the sofa bed in the sitting area was DISGUSTING stained and gross. We felt the need to cover it with a blanket to even sit on it. Ew. The breakfast did not have waffles as advertised on the website. False advertisement? But the breakfast they provided was adequate. We didn't go for the food. The old lady night manager acted like a bitter annoyed haggard shrew. But we chose not to even engage with her. Walk away. We would stay again.. but if the same stained sofa is there? I'll have a tantrum. Seriously.

It fine. There were ladybugs in our room. Told the front desk and they never came. 3 the first night 5 the next.
No real cups - plastic wrapped.
Coffee in the room only had one cup.
Breakfast was good and the room was large with nice furniture.

Great Stay for a Family!
The rooms are great! Spacious and comfortable and exactly what our family was looking for. We really appreciated the separate living space.
