Our only regret was that the Oasis was closed before we had a chance to even try it. W e were charged a $90 resort fee for something we didn’t even get to enjoy. Our boys were so looking forward to an evening on “the lazy river”, but it never happened. So it would have been nice if we hadn’t been charged that $90.

This is a beautiful place with a vintage charm and lovely staff! The grounds are huge! The lazy river was so relaxing and good for families and those who didn’t bring theirs. The spa was so nice! The staff went above and beyond for my mom and I. The only downside was the option for the shampoo and body wash- I wasn’t sure there was conditioner, it may have been there but just not well described. It was lemongrass, which was very strong scented. It’s nice that they use natural products, I just didn’t care for the smell.
That was just a small point- it didn’t take away from my overall experience! This was a gem in Phoenix!

房间有点旧了、健身房、游泳池很好！
这次住宿体验很不错。泳池和漂流河是最大的亮点，我孩子玩得很开心。下次还会再来！
我们非常享受在这家度假村的住宿。我和孩子们都很喜欢里面的水上乐园。房间很漂亮也很干净。我们打算以后就选这里了。要是能早于晚上6点办理入住就更好了，不过除此之外一切都很棒。
设施很棒！孩子很喜欢！唯一的小抱怨就是我们的入住体验！前台给我们的房卡已经被另一个家庭占用了，所以我们进不去。后来保安过来帮我们进去，我们注意到房间有人住，就立刻离开了。但我不敢想象如果我不在的时候，他们竟然就这样让别人进我的房间会是什么样。
不幸的是，我入住后不久，一场可怕的暴雨袭击了酒店。安德鲁开车到我房间时，天开始下起倾盆大雨。
我刚安顿下来，就听到滴水声。水从天花板的灯缝里渗出来，顺着墙壁流下来，浸湿了地毯和地板，滴在电视和梳妆台上。
我打电话给前台，通知了隔着两个房间的客房服务员。他们很快就把我换到了另一个房间，但两台电视的有线电视都坏了。弗雷德过来告诉我，只有我的房间有这个问题。度假村免除了我当晚的房费。
工作人员非常友好、专业，在当时的情况下尽了他们所能。这是一个美丽的度假村。这里有很多活动可以参加，而且地理位置优越，是一个绝佳的住宿地点。大自然的暴雨并没有影响我的旅程。凤凰城需要雨，那就让它下吧。
房间老旧破败，正在装修，客房服务糟糕，插座和房间里的冰箱都坏了。
