The room and bathroom was very dirty and gross. The tv didn’t work and when I tried to call the front desk I realized the phone line was literally cut. So I called them from my cell phone to let them know that and he didn’t seem to care. The towels had dark stains and weren’t all the way clean. There was a huge pile of hair in the corner of the bathroom. We made sure our door was locked but when we got up at 7 am, someone had unlocked it. I now see why this place was $54.

Ok, not secure. Very very noisey. Abit of cleaning would be great ..... cobwebs in corners, ceilings, bathroom register was absolutely filthy, the shower was nice because no tub but the caulking was moldy. Bed was good, pillows ick. Price right, convenient to our event.

The housekeeper knocked loudly on the door, and when we didn't answer the first time, she kept knocking in an annoying manner until we got up to open it at 8:00 AM to ask if we were checking out that day. It was inconvenient; she rudely interrupted our rest because that information is supposed to be given to her at reception, and she shouldn't be bothering guests before 11:00 AM. Very bad.

Parking was easy. New owners from a couple years ago. Gone downhill. The guy that works the desk/owner is extremely rude rude rude and grumpy

The customer service is Horrible and room are not very clean was very unhappy with my stay there the Front desk Guy was super rude and very inpatient. Wont recommend this place to anyone and wont stay there ever again. Only bright side to my stay was the house cleaning lady was friendly and also said the same about the guy who is at front desk during the day. Sye said the get alot of complaints about his attitude and told to report it in my review.

Not bad for the price if you don’t mind a few bugs
The room was reasonably clean, including the towels and sheets which seemed fresh. The bed was comfortable, and water pressure in the shower was quite good. There were only bath towels and bath mats—no hand towels or wash cloths. My favorite thing was the hardwood floors—NO carpeting. My least favorite was the bugs. I caught and released a half dozen crickets and killed several German cockroaches. There were also a few beetles. The fridge was nice and cold, and the TV worked well. I didn’t use the microwave, but it seemed fine. There was an alarm clock (didn’t use, but had correct time) and a phone that worked. All the lights worked, and the room was well lit. The furniture was okay, though a bit dated. The walls and bathroom door really need a new coat of paint, but I didn’t care about that for the price ($135 for 2 nights). The staff were professional, and I had no problem with them. There didn’t seem to be any free breakfast or coffee at all, but there was a coffee maker with supplies in the room (I didn’t use it). The first night, I was awakened a couple times by loud people in the parking lot, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, I have stayed in much worse places, and I would say you wouldn’t mind staying here unless the bugs put you off too much. FYI, I did wipe down EVERYTHING in the room with Clorox wipes, and would suggest the same for others.

This place was a dump. Dirty, smelly, nothing worked including the TV and sink. There was a party going on in the parking lot under my unit with a bbq that drifted directly into my room. The security lock was broken. The bed was lumpy and stunk. The AC was so loud I couldn’t hear my music through the headphones in my ears . Other than that it was fine.
