The bed was super comfortable! The room was very quiet. The staff was uncommonly helpful and kind. We would stay again for sure!

This property is very nice and convenient if traveling on I-30. There were several restaurants and stores nearby, some within walking distance. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Good location for where we were going in the area. I stayed at this same laquinta 10 yrs ago and was very good then.

My stay for wedding
The area was quiet. The room was clean. The only the complaint was that the dryer in the guest laundry room did not work. I put my money in, and it kept shutting off within two minutes.

Checked in later in the evening. Front Desk Attendant was nice but seemed disinterested in anything but their phone. Hall in front of elevator and elevator itself was disgustingly filthy. Get to room, looked cleanish. Sofa was stained and tired. Flooring in room was dirty. Bottom of bathroom door looked to be broken and poorly patched up. Bathroom was dirty. Made me wonder about entire room. Too tired from flying all day to put much more thought into it. Slept in some and go down for a later breakfast. Attendant starts making breakfast for employees and sharply closing down at about 8:45, never replenishing for paying guests. Doubt I will be back, stay here if in an absolute pinch, but not worth the money. Parking lot is also sketchy and needs works.

Good Stay, Comfortable and Clean
Family and I make an annual trip to Greenville for a church convention. Rockwall is 45mins away from the location and was our option left when closer cities were sold out. We walked into our room welcomed with the fresh scent of clean linens -Its been a while I've had that! Room was spacious too.
Some downsides were that breakfast was basic and not so tasty. The cleaning lady kept on knocking and interrupting us several times so she could clean on her schedule and not ours. We were also told if we wanted a 1pm checkout we had to pay?? that was new!! Overall though a good stay.
