We were on the first floor, no balcony. Great clean room, easy access to room and breakfast. We'll be back in a couple of weeks.

Staff was nice, quick check in and room was clean. Not many options for breakfast and it was hard to get the room temp comfortable but it was only 1 night so it was fine.

We were there for my son’s travel game. Early on Sunday we were made aware that it was an hour later. We asked if we could have an extra hour for check out, the young woman at the desk was very rude and stated we had to request 24 hours in advance. We didn’t even check in for our stay 24 hours in advance.
Our hotel room looked as if it had not be cleaned, bugs were on the air conditioning unit, with dust and dirt on the window sills. The handles on everything had a rusty dirty debris.
We weren’t able to use the freezer for our ice packs because it was so overly frozen.
The bed sheets had rips in them, the lights did not work by the bedside. The beds were aweful to sleep in. The phone was not plugged in.
We stayed, but could not recommend this hotel moving forward. We have used this hotel chain previously and had wonderful experience, we will not be back. We have 10-14 tournaments a year in this area where we could have spent a few thousand dollars. We will not be coming back, especially after the rude treatment from hotel staff.

First of all not even one shower towel and when I asked front desk on the phone I was told to come in and get it instead bring in it to me, no TV it was saying no connection, breakfast area there was this lady with few kids that they were putting staff in there pockets for take out and they emptied the entire food taking all the waffles until waffle dough gone,all yogurt’s also taking all other foods like she will feed the entire army, appeared that lady was friends with the breakfast lady that she worked at the hotel, overall the mentioned stuff made the hotel to look very miserable. Definitely no other time there for me.

Front desk staff was helpful and prompt in helping us. Sitting area in our room wasn't very clean. White stuff in chairs.

房间里的暖气坏了。他们没有其他户型相同的房间可以满足我们带孩子的需求，所以我们只好拿了额外的毯子。一个六人间只有两条毛巾。当我要求多要几条毛巾时，他们给了我一堆。因为工作人员懒得叠，所以我只好自己叠。泳池区也没有毛巾。
令人失望
浴室墙壁很脏。酒店里弥漫着一股**味。早餐什么都没有，连碗都没有。直到很晚才有人大声喧哗。
