Nowhere on the app does it say once booking through a third party app there is a $100 deposit fee. Mind you my room was paid for in full and then ******* had to bargain with the hotel on a refund on a fully refundable room for me

The room keys didn’t work and they gave me another room and the keys didn’t work either. The smell of the hotel is terrible .

This has been the only hotel I'll use whenever I'm in Jacksonville. The location is is convenient for getting around proposals places in the city and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.
