This is the worst place I have ever seen it should be condemned it's that bad . Online it looks like a great place but it faults advertised. The microwave has no plate and has not been cleaned for a long time. I would not recommend anyone it .the carpet was nasty.

This was the most revolting place I have ever stayed. Air was disgusting with old cigarette smoke. Elevator filthy. Blood, mold, broken plumbing in the bathroom. Stains on the wall and bedspreads. Carpet in hallways and bedroom absolutely ghastly.

Baymont Hotel by Wyndam, Mooresville, NC We stayed on this hotel on July 19, 2023. The Handicap room is on the 2nd floor. In case of fire, elevators will not operate. How can someone in a wheelchair evacuate? One elevator did not work. Only one of four room keys tried worked. The hallways and room smelled like cigarette smoke. On the first floor, in front of the only working elevator, the floor was dirty and was sticky. On the second floor, in front of elevator, the floor was dirty. The carpets in the room were not clean. There was a cigarette burn hole in the blanket. Two very small pillows were provided. There was only one hand towel in the bathroom. The toilet was very low. A handicap bathroom should have higher toilets. It was very difficult to transfer from the wheelchair to the toilet and back up to wheelchair again. There was not enough space between the sink and the toilet to place the wheelchair to make the transfer to the toilet. I knew this ahead of time, but a handicap room should have a roll-in shower with a sturdy bench to transfer to. This room had a tub, which a handicapped person can not get over. They did not tell me when I made the reservation directly with the hotel that there was no breakfast service. The counter person did give me a discount because I was not told this ahead of time.

I cannot even begin to tell you how disgusting this property is. The hallways to the elevators to the rooms are horrible! Everything is stained, there is food splashed on most of the furniture, the walls are dirty, there is food trash and people’s clothing under the mattress, and things are broken. I could go on, and on, about how horrible this place is, but I will digress. Also, if you are expecting the advertised breakfast, you’re going to be disappointed because they are not serving breakfast, whatsoever. Also, I hope everyone enjoys the smell of ****, because it is everywhere! I have plenty of pictures to really drive this home!

This place was awful! Very dirty and they charged us for 2 nights and we only stayed for one. We have yet to get our money back.Run from this place.there was no free breakfast like they said not even coffee. There was a pool but no water in it. Awful!

I stopped at this hotel for a quick overnight on a roadtrip from the North East down to Florida. It was the only hotel in the area with a reasonable pet fee ($25 per pet per night). The hotel was filthy. From the reception, to the elevators, to the carpets in the hallways - everything was just filthy. It looked more like a third-world backpacker hostel than a hotel. The room itself was very dated but seemed clean enough. Some stains on the carpets and the furniture veneer was peeling in places. There was a lot of noise at night and plenty of people smoking ****!

DO NOT book a room with this hotel. As soon as I walked into the king suite I was upgraded to, I quickly started looking for another hotel. The room and lobby was filthy, outdated, holes in the linen, sketchy people walking around, bugs dead in the corners of the wall, missing doorknobs, and so much more.

Dirty

I was told they were under construction but it looks as if the construction has been going on for years and not even being completed in sections. Hallways only smelled of smoke and the carpets were filthy.

The room has trash & filth throughout it. I had to pull the nightstand back to access an outlet and I documented everything with photos of the filth found.

Fire/Smoke detector was removed and just left with exposed wires.

Lastly there were bugs crawling on the tv and dresser. Needless to say I slept on top of the covers as I needed just a place to stay before flying out the next morning.

Our first room we got half of the carpet was wet. Nobody was ever at front desk. Inside and outside was dirty. It was just plain gross! The second room we switched to had a hot tube and all the jets were black and scummy. I didn’t even want to shower in there. It was just HORRIBLE!
