I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars.
The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again.
Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience.
