I stayed 3 nights. I came down from Pennsylvania to visit my daughter at ECU. I made the office aware in the morning that my sink was clogged and the sink wasn't going down. I was told that maintenance would be right up to unclog it. I was in my room for 2 more hours before I had to l no one came. I came back 5 hours later and the sink was still clogged. When I checked out. I told the office that no one came to my room, and was told the owner would call me, but after a week, no one has called. What the Quality Inn doesn't understand is my daughter is a freshman, and I will be making multiple trips a year to visit her. So yes, I could be a repeat customer, if I am taking care of. Why would I go back to a hotel who doesn't care about their guests?

Staff was courteous. The room needed attention. I found candy bars under the cushions of the couch. Floors needed to be swept or vacuumed.

I checked in at 8pm and left at 5am, so the breakfast didnt matter to me. I was in Greenville for the ECU game and only needed aplace to sleep for the night, so the things that were bad didnt bother me to much. The tv i couldnt get to work and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Also whoever dod the flooring in the bathroom didnt measure as theres one peice with a noticeable gap in it between the other pieces. Also looked like paint splatter specs on the floor near the tub. As I said earlier i wasnt there long just needed a place to sleep after the game begore driving back home, so i let the person in the office in the morning know of these issues.

我们来晚了。我预订了一间无烟房。房间里的桌子上贴着一张标签,上面写着这是无烟房。房间里弥漫着陈旧的烟味。
当时太晚了,天气又冷,我没法去更衣室。
第二天早上,我退房时,抱怨了烟味。他们告诉我,他们前一天在房间里,‘没有人闻到烟味’。就这样。没有道歉,什么也没有。
