Room was clean, bed was very, very comfortable and shower was great with lots of hot water. Didn't use pool or gym this trip but I definitely will stay here again.

The staff was wonderful. Very accommodating. Especially Lorelei the person who sets up the morning buffet. She did a fantastic job.

在过去三年里，我大概有30次因为出差或休闲入住了这家酒店。它总是那么干净，员工也很棒。酒店位于Surprise，地理位置绝佳，周围是治安最好的社区，而且价格也最实惠。上次入住，我太太很高兴他们提供了浴帽。
饭店位置佳，附近几间餐厅及卖场，周围停车也方便。
早餐样式丰富，饭店设施多，房间内有微波炉、大厅有咖啡机
感谢提供允许携带宠物入住的客房。入住体验很棒，非常舒适。感谢贝斯特韦斯特酒店的工作人员把我尊为VIP！她的热情好客真是无价之宝。
