This hotel, or at least the staff, is beyond shady and dishonest. To start, when booking, it stated nothing about having to pay for parking and was vaguely written as "on-site parking" vs. just being honest and stating parking is not free. Next, during our entire week's stay, there was construction on the roof of the villa we were assigned. When I questioned this, there was no effort to move us to other rooms, just a pitiful excuse that the roof work was unplanned! Management needs to seek out retraining its staff or possibly termination; the lack of customer service is disgraceful to the Marriott standards. Until some kind of resolution is made, I cannot and will not recommend this hotel.

This is not a Resort neither a hotel, this is a apartments complex with not amenity just a swimming pool, please do not offer as resort, is far away from the beach...

The hotel was clean with friendly staff. The idea of having a small kitchen plus a washer and dryer makes staying for longer periods of time such a breeze. The ONLY thing I would say that the hotel could have an opportunity to work on would be the door between actual rooms. You can hear everything that is said or done. So if you have loud people staying in the room next to yours it can sometimes feel really annoying if you just want some peace and quiet.
