The door to bathroom squeaked real bad. Had to wait for breakfast to be replenished. Only had peanut butter and grape as jams. Breakfast room really small. Not much space. But would go back. Friendly staff !!!

The hotel is relatively new so everything is clean and in good repair. The rooms are spacious and come with a refrigerator, the shower is large and has good water pressure. There was a computer problem that slowed our check-in, and the TV in our room was not working, but the staff and management did an excellent job and took care of us. We would stay here again.

Fantastic staff all around and very clean and quiet. Older property but well maintained. Free cucumber-infused water near check-in desk was a nice touch! Good value; would stay again.

这家酒店环境不错，前台的鲁班也很热情。问题是，我们回家后发现我丈夫把他的医用枕头落在了床上，枕头是白色的，和床品颜色很接近。我们立刻打电话过去，对方却说枕头不在，但我们明明知道枕头就在床上，显然是被人偷走了。我丈夫又打电话过去，他们说在失物招领处也没找到。我试着打电话给经理，结果两次都被挂断了。所以，不用说，我们对这家酒店的印象很差。
我们通过*******预订了三晚的房间。抵达酒店后，他们却告诉我们实际价格比预订价格高出近50%。即使我们出示了预订凭证，他们也拒绝承认，坚持收取更高的价格。这在我们看来就是“诱饵式营销”。我们以后不会再入住这家酒店，也不会再使用*******的服务。
员工态度不错，房间也干净。但是清洁工作有点马虎，预约的时候没来，没预约就不打扫。
他们比预约时间晚了一天才到。
看了三间房，都很脏，浴室里甚至还有**毛发。走廊里有异味，地毯上也有污渍。
