Manager was rude called me a liar very unprofessional at the end of the day I paid the room. We didn’t even stay there. I took my employees across the street and rented a room for them. worst experience I ever had with the hospitality manager of hotel.

My room smells bad
My shower was very slippery almost dangerous. I held on to shower door before falling. Luckily I was ok.
Telephone doesn't work
Alot of improvement to be done here

Upon initial use of bathroom, I immediately noticed hair in sink….uuuugh. It was identical to the stubbly hair left from shaving, and there was at least 5-6 hairs in the sink. I then checked the shower before use. Dried hair on walls of shower, plus on both corner shelves. The bathroom obviously had not been properly cleaned. The bedding looked ok and I did check for bugs in bedding but saw none. I travel with disinfectant wipes and of course I used the entire pack. Complained to front desk but no offer to credit room rate or reduce charges. Will never stay here again.

Reserved online given and paid for in advance then get charged an extra 50 bucks that in the 30 or so times I have stayed here I’d never been charged that before. Then get to my room beds not changed coffee pods everywhere and room stinks of mold and mildew. Will I come back? Probably not after this trip I’ll pay the higher prices for better rooms

Rooms smell like mold. Can't even breath i had to check out next day check in to a different hotel...
