The key would not work on our last day of stay, had to call the customer service at night let fix the problem, security arrived within 15 mins, had to wait outside. The air conditioning was not working, couldn’t figure out how to set the Nest system.

Loved our stay. Very up to spec property, very clean with friendly staff at the reception. Our unit came with ski locker on the 1st floor - great feature don't need to carry and store skis in the unit. Very close to gondola.

We usually stay here once a year for about 3-6 nights. This time was the worst because we were bullied by a group of kids (12-18 years old). They started by knocking (banging hard) at our door and ended up throwing snowballs at us, our windows and balcony when we were outside sitting. Also, yelling foul and offensive language. We reported this to security and they were useless because they told us that this was a resort for families. They barely tried to look for the kids and when they found them they didn’t do anything and let them go. Also, we call the emergency phone for the resort and they never called back. They continued this for the following day and we ended changing rooms on our last night. In addition, the furniture is worn, bed mattress and sleeper sofa mattress was worn, couch and chair had stains, carpet needs to be replaced. I got all these for $650 dollars per night and we stayed 6 nights. We are never going back to this place.

We stayed in unit 401 during low season in October. This 1 bedroom / 2 bath condo features cathedral ceilings and a panoramic mountain view which can't be beat. Spacious and well equipped with high quality furnishings and linens, it also features a gas fireplace and full kitchen with everything you need to make meals with, plus washer and dryer and a surround sound music system. It was a great place for a remote work week, as October in Tahoe is very quiet with most restaurants and shops in Northstar Village closed along with the ski lifts. But we enjoyed hiking the quiet slopes of Northstar Resort. There's secure underground parking and it's just a few steps to the gondola. In the lobby there are ski lockers and a small fitness center, sauna, and twin hot tubs on the first floor. There's a larger fitness center, pool, and more hot tubs a short walk away. Service from East West Hospitality was friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was a breeze (albeit with very few guests around it should be easy). Overall I would highly recommend Catamount but it might be pricey during ski season.

I stayed during shoulder season to intentionally avoid humanity, and boy did it work! I felt like I had this place to myself, yet everything was pristine and welcoming. My accommodations were ready early, and the staff was very kind. I look forward to returning ＜3
