一开始,我们分配到的房间钥匙无法使用,我们不得不两次下楼,最后才被安排到另一个房间。一进门,就闻到一股难闻的气味,让人呼吸困难,浴室也很糟糕。
一开始等了很久才找到房间,后来他们给了我们更贵的房间,因为房间在一楼。我要求要后面的房间,结果他们给了我们前面的房间。
我是在线预订的,这样会更便宜,但我们支付的是正常价格。
我们每次入住都没有老年人折扣。
只给了两条毛巾,没有衣服,没有手巾,也没有淋浴后可以踩的地巾。
我不得不把所有东西都甩下来,你能感觉到脏东西粘在表面。
然后,但至少,当我坐在桌边时,一个男人差点走进来,吓得我魂飞魄散,我不停地发抖,几乎晕倒了。

我们遇到的主要问题是房卡大部分时间都无法使用,有好几次我们不得不去前台激活。入住的第二晚,我当时在上班,我女朋友的房卡也出了问题。前台工作人员拒绝激活,因为她不是登记入住的客人。这迫使她在寒冷的夜晚睡在车里。我理解这样做是出于安全考虑,但他们的房卡或门锁系统确实很麻烦。另外,下午的时候,火警响了大约一个小时,打扰了我的睡眠。
如果你只是需要一张床睡觉的话,还可以。
空调和暖气都坏了。地毯多处破损。毯子上有污渍。他们没有提供微波炉和冰箱。我们这次入住是出于紧急情况。否则我不会选择这里。
